Refund policy
The “rule of 14”
This generally applies to returns and refunds (always check event Ts&Cs).
- You have 14 days from purchase to let us know you wish to return and item for an exchange or a refund.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item;
- We have 14 days to process the request.
However, if we work together we should be able to reduce this down to days rather than dragging it out for weeks.
Events
Check the Ts&Cs for each event before entering. Beyond 14 days an admin fee for refunds, roll-overs and transfers will apply within a limited time window – usually 4–6 week before the event date. We strongly advise checking all terms before entering an event.
Products
We willingly accept items that are:- unused, unworn, unwashed;
- in the same condition you received it;
- tags attached;
- original packaging;
- have a receipt or proof of purchase.
If a product arrives to you damaged through mishandling by postal carrier, send us photographs within 48 hours we may have to talk to the shipping companies we work with.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, your original method of payment will be credited minus postage and processing fees.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Sale items
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Tracking
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund not received
Check your bank account again. After this, contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cycul.cc.
