Are you interested in cycling more in 2022 – but are still anxious about navigating the roads and junctions in Belfast?

This 4-week course is designed to help new and returning cyclists get back on their bicycles again. It aims to reduce anxiety, increase skill and give you the confidence to get out and explore North Belfast by bike.

The course will focus on cycling in the North of the City, and in particular linking up the quieter streets, parks and navigating those busier roads & junctions that can sometimes be an obstacle to cycling.
The course will cover: bike equipment, cycling skill, route planning, cycle culture and in Ride on Belfast tradition, free coffee will feature at some point.

The course runs over 4 weeks in January and February, and we are offering a morning or afternoon session - based at Crumlin Rd Gaol.

Spaces are limited to 10 per session, and are likely to be snapped up quickly.
